Cons: The ice machine on the third floor was covered in black mold looking stuff with towels under it to catch the water overflow. Yuck

Pros: Staff so helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem.
Cons: There was nothing we did t like.
Pros: The beds were very comfortable - a nice choice of pillows.
Cons: Disappointed in the breakfast. We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express when we travel, but the sausage gravy was thin and tasteless at this one.
The hotel room seemed like it was older and basically remodeled.

But I understand why that's so.

Pros: I liked that it was close to downtown, Grand Ole Opry and the airport. It's the perfect location when having a rental car! Everything was within 7-8 minutes of the hotel. The staff was friendly, hotel was clean and affordable.
Pros: Location was perfect with only a short ride to downtown. Also conveniently located within about 10 min of Grand Ole Opry. Staff was great!
Cons: Although hotel appeared clean, it had a peculiar smell that I could not pinpoint the cause. Breakfast was average for a hotel breakfast with food not real hot.

Cons: FIX YOUR ELEVATOR
Pros: Breakfast was good ..staff was really nice..great location for where I was trying to go ...I would stay again
Cons: The elevator seems to be in bad shape made a lot of noises and it's really small..walls in room were kinda dirty and dusty nothing too bad though ..knob on bathroom was coming apart..not much parking but could have just been a busy weekend
Pros: Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. Good selections at breakfast.
Cons: Hotel was a little dated. One morning the staff was very noisy in the hallway.
Pros: Breakfast had a lot of options and the hotel was pretty quiet.
Cons: The area this hotel is located in is not the best. Seems to be a little rough. Would not recommend for small children.
Pros: Yummy breakfast!
Pros: Breakfast was more than adequate. Good variety. Lady at front desk was very helpful on the morning of our departure. She gave us an excellent alternate route to get around Nashville and save us some time on our trip to Indianapolis.
Cons: Front parking lot was awkward.
Pros: AWESOME location. The room and bathroom felt very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was fantastic and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast area the next morning was very clean too.
Cons: The area wasn't bad--I wouldn't go wandering around late at night necessarily, but it wasn't bad during the day.

Cons: Breakfast started at 6:30 am, which I think is too late. Plus, the person running the breakfast was not courteous or friendly.
