Pros: The breakfast was fair; delivery first day was fast;
Cons: Room service on second day was 40 minutes late plus they padded the bill with a second juice at $5 each with extra 20% gratuity and delivery charge, that adds up to a nice little bonus for the waiter if you don't itemize the bill! I was asked at the front desk if I "really" needed a king-size bed when I checked in. I said yes, is there a problem. The clerk said, we just don't have many left. I said, yes, I want a king size bed. The bellman were clueless when I asked if there are any local places in walking distance from hotel. I was told IHOP around the corner. When I took a walk my last two hours in Nashville there were at least two charming looking diners ABOUT 100 Feet from the IHOP! The bellman were clueless. The concierge was chatting it up with a family for 10 minutes. That is a long time to wait to ask simple questions! Also, the elderly bellman missing most of his teeth was too chatty. There is friendly and then there is, ' my sister lives there in XXXXXX she moved from XXXX California. She wants me to move there. I am happy here...." Are you in show business?'...
