Pros: Good location, within easy walking distance of all downtown attractions but far enough away to be peaceful and easy to drive in and out of. Comfy beds, clean room.
Cons: Bottled drinking water in the room would have been good or a shop onsite to purchase soft drinks, etc. Very little info provided at check-in and so didn't really know what services were available,

Pros: Clean, quiet room sitting walking distance to shops, attractions and restaurants.
Cons: Parking. The only option they provide is a garage bedside then for $29 a night plus tax. That's an insane amount and more than I have ever had to pay.

Pros: I liked the design of the building and location. Staff was very friendly and helpful - especially because I needed a fridge for my insulin and they waived the fee.
Cons: Nothing, it was a great stay!

Pros: Friendly staff, modern styling, comfortable bed, safe neighborhood, mostly clean, great vanity, great TV, pretty decent view even from 7th floor. The experience was overall fine but could have been better.
Cons: Overall I felt the value was lacking considering the room rates. Sure it's a nice place, but not spectacular. There is no mini fridge in the room but one can be had for $25/day. Parking was not complimentary, which may be understandable in a downtown environment but at $29/day to self-park I was tempted for the $36/day valet until I saw a valet whipping a car down the ramp in the garage enough to squeal the tires. The shower was small and outdated and the water pressure was low. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft. When I requested a firmer pillow, they sent up another pillow barely any firmer than the feather like pillows they already provided. I was charged an "entertainment service fee" for some programming on the TV I surely didn't watch, and I will be calling about. On top of that I found little chunks of peanuts all over the room, which is not only dirty but my partner has a peanut allergy. Luckily she didn't accidentally ingest them. I'm kidding of course but I felt this part needed some comic relief.
