AAA Inspector Notes
Historic. It would be a mistake if visitors didn't stop here for a burger and handmade shake, malt, or egg cream. For one thing, it's a Nashville institution as it is the city's oldest continuously operated restaurant in its original location. Second, you may recognize the interior from the many music videos it has been featured in. Finally, it's a favorite among Nashvillians, and you never know who might drop in! Lunch specials, "Meat and Three," salads, hot and cold sandwiches, and breakfast fills out the menu. Enjoy a booth or sit at the soda shop counter and treat yourself to an ice cream float.
