In 2010, Chef Deb Paquette left Nashville as a culinary celebrity. After a few years of traveling, she returned to open this restaurant—a testament to her artistry and innovation. The truffled pea pesto, salted almonds, and feta crema served with the roasted cauliflower make an otherwise benign vegetable a star. Chef Paquette adds complexity to pork tenderloin with her Spanish mountain mushroom sauce, chorizo, and manchego cheese.
