Pros: Pool and hot tub were good. Location was off the Parkway a decent distance.
Cons: Housekeeping was ridiculous! Day 1 - no shower curtain. Day 2 - no towel service. Day 3 - limited towel service and no bed making.

Pros: The location and the AC
Cons: The tiny pillows were like rocks. The toilet bowl wouldn't fill unless you turned on the shower. Amazing we figured that out. First night microwave was broken and had to be changed. Free breakfast had biscuits that were hard and the doughnuts must have at least a month old because they were as hard as rocks. The hotel has gone down greatly since we first stayed there in 2014. Very few outlets to plug into and those they had wouldn't hold the plug. We are in a technological age so where are the outlets! Other hotels have plenty of them at bedside. The lobby has always had a chlorine smell from the pool. Free cookies with complimentary coffee were those types you buy at Walmart for about a buck fifty a bag. You know the kind.
