J.T., a prosperous businessman in the Great Smoky Mountains, operated the largest freight warehouse and stockyards in East Tennessee. Over time, he became a popular restaurateur and the tradition lives on here. The décor is reminiscent of the warehouse roots, while the meats and seafoods continue to be the popular draws. Burgers are hand formed from freshly ground sirloin, and the chips and fries are cut in house.
