Pros: The location was perfect - I ran the Smoky Mtn Half Marathon and the hotel was right in the middle of everything. Plus there was a path right in front of the hotel to run on and it was very safe. It was super quiet in the room and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was very good and all the staff was really friendly.
Cons: Stayed for a couple of mornings and there was no bacon at breakfast. Only sausage :(

Cons: The water pressure in the shower wasn't that great. Bathroom light flickered a lot when it was turned off, but wasn't really a problem since we could just shut the door to the bathroom.

Cons: On check out, clerk said we would receive a statement from Bookings. Com, it has never arrived. Our room at the hotel had a big gap around the door, could see clearly outside. A lot of air-conditioning went out that gap.

Pros: I loved everything about the Best Western at Cades Cove, the location was excellent it is centrally located, a short drive to Cades Cove, Smokey Mountain National Park, shopping, food, everything was within a short distance. The Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The Breakfast was always prepared and ready to eat and very clean. The rooms are clean and comfortable and I enjoyed the quietness of the motel area. I would highly recommend any one planning a trip to this area to book their stay at the Best Western at Cades Cove and I know I will be returning to this Motel.
Cons: I couldn't think of anything to improve on, just keep doing what you are doing to make this a great place to stay. It would be nice to have a shuttle van, car, bus, for hikers who stay at the motel and want to hike some of the local trails, but I know that would be asking for a lot.

Cons: The bedspread had dirty spots on it. I removed it and didn't use since we only stayed one night. There was nothing to eat when we went to breakfast at 9:00, supposed to serve until 9:30. We had to wait for them to make more eggs and gravy but they were the only place we stayed that had sausage. The pool is small but has a nice slide for the kids.

Cons: Internet access via our Verizon hotspot was poor inside the room, slightly better outside our East facing room, much better outside facing West. Overall internet access was mediocre. We found much better coverage after leaving the premises. The scrambled eggs and cardboard like sausage never changed during our 3 night stay. No thankyou for staying with us from the clerk checking us out on Sun. morning. First morning the shower head was slow and clogged, and barely could wet a fly. After several requests, someone finally came, installed a new head, and we enjoyed normal pressure and volume the rest of the trip. We certainly would have enjoyed a sofa, as the existing chairs are not very comfortable. There is room for a sofa, especially for the price we paid. No microwave oven in the breakfast area to warm the muffins.
