Pros: Pool was clean and cool on a scortching hot day. The ecercise eqipment was all new and functional. It was a nice clean new looking hotel.

Pros: This is a basic Best Western so keep that in mind. The room was clean, the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The Continental breakfast was somewhat limited but nice. I was very pleased to find they had yogurt without artificial sweeteners. They have a pool too.
Cons: As I said this is a basic Best Western so it is somewhat limited in amenities. Parking is limited but accessable.

Pros: We appreciated that the air conditioner fan had been turned on so thatthe room wasn't completely hot when we arrived since we arrived lateat night and just wanted to be able to go to bed right away.
Cons: There was a terrible stale smoke smell in the hallway that carried intothe room whenever you opened the door to the hallway. For non-smokers,the smell was a complete turn-off that I would have appreciated knowingabout before I made the reservations to stay at this hotel.

Cons: Our room was supposed to have a sofa bed (handicapped and only room available at the time). It did not have one so we were given a rollaway and they graciously didn't charge us! Since hotel was full we had no choice but to stay put. My biggest problem with the room was no countertop around sick! There's room for one or put an island type thing that can be moved. The mixup about the sofabed was booking.com's fault. I talked to front desk and she was going to pass on info to mgr.

Pros: The entire place as immaculate. I think this is largely due to the fact that the owner is the main maintenance person according to the testimony of one of the main desk employees.

Pros: The online booking was simple and hastle free. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The facility smelled like a nursing home. The facility is older and it is time for some touch ups on bathroom floor boards and the repair work that was done was poorly concealed . There were burns on the carpet by the bed and the chair in the room was not safe to sit it. The price was only 10-15 cheaper than other hotels near and it wasn't the price that sold me it was the availability of 2 beds in 1 room. Just a little work would go along way. But honestly, there are 4 other hotels within walking distance and I will be trying out another one my next visit.

Pros: I loved the breakfast that this Best Western provided. Also, most of the staff was friendly.
Cons: My fiancé and I woke up to screaming during our last nights stay. It was a woman whose boyfriend, I'm assuming, overdosed on drugs. Would I stay at this Best Western again? Probably not. Also, I did not sleep the rest of that night. It was an uneasy feeling.

Pros: The staff here is wonderful and they try to meet any needs you have. Plenty of parking. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, lots of pillows, but it would have been nice if the a/c was already on when we arrived. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we would stay here again.
Cons: They provide you with exactly what you need but nothing extra. If you want extra towels or an extra blanket you have to go to the front desk and hope that they have it. There is no one to bring it to your room.
