Locals have long known about the wonders of this wood-fired pizza, but they had to settle for getting it through the window of a food truck. Now the owners have opened a storefront in a vintage building and visitors to this small city can also be thankful. The crust is almost otherworldly, but you will have to settle for a very small selection of ever-changing pies with toppings such as dry-cured bacon, piquillo peppers and wild squash blossoms.
