This chef-owned establishment has been in business over 20 years and is still known to be one of the finest steakhouses around. It offers a selection of 21-day-aged beef and items that include crispy lobster tail, chilean sea bass, and kobe beef. They are known for their roast prime rib, but there really isn't a bad choice on the menu.
