Pros: This was my first time in Austin for SXSW, I didn't really know how the city works, and booked this as it seemed like a good standard compared to motels at a similar price and has free parking. I wasn't disappointed, the room was nice and spacious, and housekeeping did an excellent job. Wifi worked quite well. I didn't get a chance to try the pool or the breakfast, but others in my group did and said it was good. Easy to find as it's on a main road.
Cons: Well, after spending a week in Austin I figured out that this wasn't the most convenient location to explore the city and have easy access to food and bars options. With the traffic it took around 20 mins to get downtown. I'd choose a downtown location or South Congress next time. SXSW pushes up prices and although this hotel was no where near as high as some of the other prices levels, at $165 a night I didn't feel it was good value for money.

Pros: Staff was helpful in giving directions.
Cons: Having to pay for coffee when most hotels have complimentary coffee, and it wasn't even that good.
