Pros: Water was hot
Cons: Booking should not advertise this place. I got there they told me my reservations were canceled because we didn't check in by 6 and all the rooms were booked. They never called me, I read the fine print and not what it said. If I wanted to cancel or modify my stay it had to be by 6. But after telling the front that wasn't fair and I have two little ones in the car, he somehow came up with a room. We were all the way in the back. Several huge bags of trash right outside the entryway that was there for two days. No elevator to the second floor. Room had a cockroach crawling up the wall within 5 min of getting in the room. We booked for 5 people and pulled out the couch that made a bed, had to go to the front to get extra sheets and blankets for it, they were out of pillows. Floors to the rooms on both levels hadn't been vacuumed in probably 2 weeks. The floor in our kitchen area was sticky. Bathroom door handle fell off soon as we opened it. Their continental breakfast consisted of coffee, packaged granola bars, and individual packaged muffins. If you needed more towels you had to bring your old ones to the front to exchange. Because this was an extended stay facility, room service is only if you stay longer than 7 days, otherwise it's an additional fee. So they don't come make up your bed or give you fresh towels. Not close to the downtown Austin area. If it wasn't a holiday weekend and everything was booked we would have left, trust me we looked after seeing the cockroach crawling up the wall. Just wish I would have taken pics to prove it all.

Pros: The front desk staff was extremely pleasant and nice to speak with. They were very willing to work with us as we needed a late check- in.
Cons: Our room was smelly and was in a whole separate building than the front desk. As we walked into our building, we literally had to walk over a pile of overflowing garbage. The hall was musty and smelly and the room was the same. The ice and vending machines weren't even in our building, so we drank tap water. How much would it be to put a bottle of water in the fridge. Due to the poor breakfast selection, we ended up going out to breakfast.
