For the price I paid, not that bad. For it being a Marriott hotel, I was a little disappointed.
Pros: Inexpensive hotel that is pretty close to campus. Very nice front desk staff.
Cons: The shower wasn't very clean. The breakfast was less than appealing (watery eggs, odd tasting fruit).

Pros: Hot breakfast.
Cons: Room smelled dusty or like cigarette ash. Things in there felt dusty/ashy. Waterdrained very slow in bathtub. Internet did not work or was very slow. Booked for a King-size bed, but received a Queen-size bed. Definitely not a 3-stars hotel.
