Pros: Great spa and gym, would definitely recommend. Nice outdoor area with pool.
Cons: They were having work done to the entrance of the hotel, so we had to go in through the side. Not glamorous at all. Also, no-one told us that this would be happening, or would have spent the money else where! Was still expensive, despite the work. Double room is for two people, not four. Beds aren't standard American doubles! They're large singles. Manager moved us to a different room and had to use really uncomfortable sofa bed. Forgot my jacket and contacted the hotel. Staff were less than helpful and zero effort was made to find the jacket. Not the Four Seasons experience I was expecting! Probably won't book a Four Seasons hotel again due to this experience. Just not worth the money.

Pros: I liked the staff they were extremely friendly and for the most part very accommodating .
Cons: Two days on a row I left my room at 9:30 am and returned around 2:00 in the afternoon and my room was not cleaned . I also wish I had been told that the hotel was under construction when making my reservation . My son is starting his freshmen year at UT . I have tried St. Cecelia' and JW Marriott when we can't to visit for orientation . I would have waited and tried Four Seasons after the renovation was completed . My room had an amazing view but was noisy .
