Pros: location next to campus is convenient and not too far from downtown activities. Very comfy beds. Staff was nice and accommodating.
Cons: Disappointed that parking car is so expensive. Coffee in rooms was NOT good quality and it was never replaced after the first two days. Queens beds only had one nightstand in the middle and it really could use a smaller one on outsides for water/phone.

Pros: The fit and finish of both the room and the common areas was tremendous. Very comfortable public space.
Cons: While convenient to the University and the state house, we found ourselves a little too far from other attractions to walk. I would not stop me from staying here again however.
