Pros: Clean, comfortable, quite!
Cons: Oil workers hanging outside. Made me uncomfortable as a female having to walk through them. If they could have a nice sitting area to wait for their crew other than the front door would be great.

Pros: Everything was clean and it's a nice hotel in a great location
Cons: My room was next to the laundry room and I could hear everything that they were doing there! Plus I request for first floor room and I don't know if it was because of the receptionists but she didn't even tell me why I couldn't get a first floor room

Pros: The staff were all friendly and very helpful!
Cons: I did not like the eggs that were served at breakfast. The rest of the food was great!

Pros: Helpful, friendly, welcoming staff. Dog-friendly staff and facilities. Large, nicely appointed and equipped bedroom. Decent hot breakfast, and while eggs were the typical institutional-scrambled variety, at least they provide picante sauce for them! Very comfortable beds. For a location on the interstate, traffic noise is not a problem in the bedrooms.
Cons: This hotel is getting a little too pricey to call it a good value for a traveler's hotel, but that is true of all similar-class hotels in Big Spring. Minor quibble: the way the bowed shower curtain rod is installed deep into the shower, it eliminates the point of having one (which is to provide the user more room within the shower). Noise from starting up construction-crew trucks in the early morning could be annoying to some, but that probably goes with the territory (literally); rooms on east side would have less of a problem with this, since there is no vehicle parking there.

Pros:
Cons: The night we stayed there was complicated. The wind was blowing so wildly it blew the dumpster lid off and crashed like a car falling from the roof. Also, a nearby store's alarm kept getting set off because of the wind. The store manager must live out of town because it took a while before someone shut it off. After the dumpster lid was blown off the staff replaced it and allowed it to be blown off again. Needless to say, we didn't sleep well that night. However, the wind could not be helped. The Hotel was Good in all other respects.
