Pros: Not a bad place to stay, a little outdated but it was close to Brazos Valley Brewery so it was well worth the trip.
Cons: I noticed some small bugs in the restroom a few times, no biggie. Maybe just have to bug bomb the room every once in awhile.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the area, events, good restaurants, etc. Linens were changed daily, and amenities (coffee, lotion, etc.) routinely replaced. The free breakfast was hot and offered good variety.
Cons: The room had a very strong odor when we entered. I think it was the deodorizer canister they were using. Also, the pool would have been more pleasant if it were cleared of bugs more regularly.

Pros: Easy on/easy off US 290 East. Close proximity to decent restaurants. Great breakfast buffet (my wife won't let me eat like that at home!). Plenty of towels. Good, strong shower. Easy Wi-Fi.

Cons: I believe the price for the community is expensive and I am reluctant to stay at this hotel on a recurring basis due to the cost. To make it more convenient, I would like to see the price lower or offering deals for frequent travelers who stay at hotel.

Pros: We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed the friendly staff and the better than average free breakfast.
Cons: After several years of staying here up to 2-3 times per year, I have to say I think the mattresses are getting old and need replacing. Very uncomfortable this trip to the point that we are going to have to find another hotel for our Brenham trips.

Cons: Our upstairs neighbors were quite noisy with stomping. Also the breakfast was a disappointment. We've stayed at many Best Westerns and have never complained about the breakfast. This 1 was very limited in its selection.

Cons: Bed mattress was too hard. Was more of a motel feel and not an enclosed hotel. No elevator to get to 2nd floor and the wife and I are senior citizens so had to get clerk to get us a king room downstairs.

Pros: I lost my Fitbit there & someone found it & returned it to the desk so that it was there when I turned back to get it so that made me very happy!
Pros: The room was clean. The lighting could be better, but it was comfortable. The breakfast was very good, hot, fresh and with varied choices for picky eaters. Parking was very convenient, and the staff was courteous. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
Cons: I wish there were more lights in the room.

Pros: Staff member James went out of his way to make us feel welcome and give recommendations for how to make the most of our stay, much appreciated! The complimentary coffee & cookie was nice for winding down after a day out and we rate the breakfast a bit better than in the three other BW hotels we stayed at on this roadtrip. Beds are comfortable, as expected.
Cons: It's right by the highway, which is convenient, but might mean a bit of noise, depending on your room location. We were not disturbed, however.

Pros: James was especially nice at check-in, which was very quick. The breakfast waffle was delicious and I appreciate the fruit and nuts.
Cons: I wish the Best Western bed covers were thicker and heavier - all BW ever provides seems to be a blanket and bedspread. Check out Holiday Inn Express for the weight of covers I like.

Pros: Clean rooms, the body wash and shampoo dispensers in shower.
Cons: Bed was horrible for comfort. Both wife and I tossed and turned all night due to discomfort and when one turned, the entire bed shook.
