Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and kept warm
Cons: Need the couch updated. Ours was all scratched up. Never used it as a sleeper. Just laid on it without opening it.
Also, when leaving, the clerk never mentioned that there would be a fee that they would be taking out of my account, but after getting home and checking my account they had taken $11.30, which is not a lot, but I should have been told when checking out there would be a "pre authorization fee" taken. They just told me to call Booking.com to see how much my total would be.
Pros: Everything was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and courteous.
Pros: Very clean and quiet
Cons: Rude clerk at check in and no help with remote
family with young children
Cons: Hotel was dirty, found clothes in room when arrived. For the price of over $200 a night, hotel should be immaculate.
