Pros: The bed was fairly comfortable, as were the sheets and the amount of pillows, and the AC was awesome.

Cons: They put me in a double queen room without telling me, when I specifically booked a king room. Not only that, but they put me directly across the hall (and at the end of the hall) by the 3 business conference rooms. Starting at 7am the doors to those conference rooms were loudly opening and closing. Construction across the street which I was also not told about started loudly at 3am. On top of all this, the maid service started their rounds at 8am or before and woke me up, and required me to also get up and come back later. All of this is completely unacceptable- especially for a hotel of their caliber. I am originally from University Park (Dallas), and will be telling everyone I know about this if it is not rectified. I will also be placing a review on every site possible should nothing be done, up to reimbursement.

Pros: Beautiful lobby and the decor in the rooms was nice. Comfortable beds.

Cons: The bathroom needed attention. The tub didn't drain well, faucet was broken and the robe hook was coming out of the wall.

Pros: It was a beautiful facility and the staff was very helpful and attentive.

Cons: They did not mention the ridiculously high price of their mandatory valet parking at check-in. We took one side trip in our one night stay. The valet fee for two cars was $100.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and attentive. The A/C in my room was not working properly and they immediately moved me to another room and comped my stay.

Cons: The rooms themselves could be kept up a little better. for example, sinks not working properly, tubs a little dirty, bedside tables worn/broken.

Pros: The staff in every area, Front Desk: Hotel Employee were great in helping me redo my reservation. All the guys in valet and baggage handling were great

Cons: In 4 nights stay, my bathroom was never cleaned, not was the trash emptied. When I finally had to call down to have the room made up. the bed got made and the towels left on the bed. The used towels were still in a pile on the bathroom floor.

Pros: Location is perfect, convenient and safe.

Cons: My room (916) was in dire need of attention. There was a blood(?) stain on the shower curtain, a lightbulb out in the bathroom and a badly stained or water damaged lamp shade. Not what I expected to see in an Executive room on the Executive floor.

Pros: Good location, friendly staff. The staff were very helpful in responding to my complaints and switched me to another room.

Cons: The room on the second floor smelled of mildew and was dank. I switched to another room on the same floor with a similar, but more mild problem. The rooms feel old and the HVAC is badly in need of replacing.

Pros: Staff really friendly and helpful, room clean and beds very comfortable, really nice bar area which was open until late. Didn't eat in the restaurant but food looked lovely. Hotel is actually about 10/15 minutes drive from the downtown area but is set in a nice quiet street.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

Cons: Valet parking was a little unorganized and slow. Fitness center is lacking and should be improved. Need soft all Cotton blankets in room. Western art on walls looks very cheap.

Pros: Nice lobby and lobby bar. Rooms comfortable. Enjoyed use of 10th floor lounge for coffee and breakfast.

Cons: Bathroom in 904 is below par. Needs renovation - tub and shower tile were SAD. Shower curtain was ill fitting. It was so short we had problems keeping water off floor and this caused several sopping wet towels.

Pros: Lovely hotel, friendly staff, pretty local neighborhood and close walk to many shops

Cons: The parking at hotel is only valet and very expensive (>$20)! A helpful hint it that there is public lot 1.5 blocks down on the same street as hotel and this lot lets you park for 3 hours for free and then unlimited free parking after 10pm overnight.

Pros: The facilities and rooms are nice and good location in Dallas that's close to the TollRoad and 75.

Cons: The hotel lacks in service and hospitality. The customer service line was intermittently answered, and even when I got through, they never fulfilled my request after 2 tries.Housekeeping is subpar at best. Never replaced glasses or coffee cups my entire week long stay.

Pros: There was absolutely no noise in our room, we stayed on the executive 9th floor, and loved the perks of the 10th floor. They provided us with a promotional free wifi, which is a $10+ value. They had a 24 hour business area on the 10th floor, only accessible to executive floor lodgers, which would have been perfect if I had a business meeting, but I stayed for leisure. When my spouse forgot his toothbrush, they provided us with one. The parking ($24 daily) had valet service, which was great and helped us not have to handle making several trips to take up our belongings or bring them down.

Cons: I grew up in the hotel industry, one of my parents was a hotel manager all of life, a GM most of it, and was never at home so I was always learning about the industry to have some "quality time". I felt pretty terrible for the very kind and well trained night auditor who had to do two jobs (front desk clerk and the night audit). For such high rates, they should be able to treat their employees better, and have someone tending to the front desk at all times instead of having someone working in the back with the door open waiting for guest to arrive. The executive floor breakfast was limited, but decent, still it was far from capable of holding you over until lunch. If you are looking for a hearty Texas breakfast- I would say go to your nearest breakfast cafe. I did love staying on the executive floor and having access to the business center and lounge, but I would recommend having 24 hour coffee available in the business lounge, it makes the area more hospitable. The bed was "okay" but not as comfortable as I hoped. The bathroom tub had stains on it, and the knob fixture had a missing piece on it telling you which side was hot/cold. The shower curtain was torn, a button or two were missing off it. The hotel room was "nice" - probably better than their standard rooms, but I've stayed in nicer places for less in better locations, but this specific location in this area does add a mark up, just keep that in mind. It probably is better than other hotels in the area.

Pros: We have stayed at this hotel several times, including two visits in the past 5 months. We love that there is such a variety of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. It is also convenient to North Park Mall and access to Central Expressway while having a quiet neighborhood feel. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and we will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Customer service did try to make up for our bad experiences with free breakfast vouchers and a bottle of wine.

Cons: We checked in prior to arrival following email instructions. However, room wasn't ready and had to wait 1 hour to get a room. They wouldn't assign us another room since a room was selected at pre check-in. We would highly suggest NOT going through the pre check in experience.

Pros: Good 3 days stay. Comfortable and feels like an nice boutique hotel. Staff were nice and courteous .

Cons: 1) Few things that were not up to par. We had free breakfast buffet at the executive lounge as part of our package but when got there it was just a choice of cereals and some bagels. Not much of a buffet. Disappointing. 2) valet service was incredibly slow 3) was a bit of a distance from touristy attractions but it wasn't too bad as everything in Dallas seems 15mnts drive away.

Pros: Bed was very nice. Hotel lobby and hallways were great.

Cons: The room was a bit older and the shower door didn't latch. The shower, in general, looked to be in need of repair. There was no guide on the TV and the remote was old. Paying for wifi seemed ridiculous to me. Honestly, for an "executive room" I was not terribly impressed.
