AAA Inspector Notes
Inspector Pick (Classification): I appreciate design, and here the Dallas landscape has been integrated into everything including corridor carpets, elevators, and even bed pillows.
Situated downtown next to the iconic Dallas landmark Reunion Tower, this property is just minutes away from sports and concert venues and the Historic West End District. The hotel allows guests to borrow everything from a yoga mat and flat iron to a tea kettle. Those hoping to do some serious swimming may want to look elsewhere. Smoke free premises. 1120 units. 15-28 stories, interior corridors.

Pros: Love the renovations. Room was very nice. Enjoyed the bar for football game.
Cons: Horrible fight broke out on our floor. Lasted for hours unaddressed. Called security about room being destroyed next too us and nothing done. Talked to front desk the next morning and they showed no occurrence or call. Very frightening.

Pros: The hotel was clean and the location was in great proximity to the AAC where my sister and I were attending a Fri/Sat event. The front desk lady who checked us in was very polite. Our room was very clean and seemed to be recently updated.
Cons: loud party 10pm.Quiet. 3am girl sobbing then screaming and something being thrown against the wall our beds were on. Called desk, waited 20min,called DPD another 25 while screaming/sobbing/banging continued. Mgmt not even an apology. Never again.
