Pros: I am often underwhelmed by luxury hotels, finding them not as clean or luxurious as I would like...especially for the price, and I am often achy after sleeping in any bed other than my own! The Hotel at Crescent Court is truly lovely and has great amenities! The spa is FANTASTIC, and the beds are fabulous!
Cons: Some might complain that the TV is a bit small by today's standards, and not really positioned for comfy viewing...but I wasn't there to watch TV! We did watch a movie in the room, though, and found the selections to be extensive and the price within our expectations (~$14 USD).

Pros: The lobby was nice
Cons: The room smelled like urine The linens were damp. There was no coffee in the hotel. The staff was slow to respond to requests. The hotel was nice twenty years ago and doesn't appear to have been updated since I bragged about this hotel to my friends and I was so excited to take my friends here for our getaway. So disappointing and embarrassing for me.

Cons: Did not have any tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Very disappointed about that.

Pros: The valet staff was very friendly! Finally getting to go home & sleep on soft sheets!
Cons: Took 20 minutes to check in at 9:30 pm & I was the only customer. They couldn't find my reservation even with my confirmation no. & email. Made me stand there & answer 20 questions like I was trying to pull a fast one! Couldn't give me a room until they called Booking.com & had me stand there like a fool while they were transferred & on eternal hold! My room was super dated & in disrepair. Even the nuts in the mini bar were old, Circa 1990! Dirty looking carpet, hard, scratchy sheets, & no mattress protector, the tub wouldn't drain while showering so your standing in dirty water & the toilet looked like it would overflow! So old & bad it felt creepy, like Jack Nicholson might pop out! Yikes, I hated every minute in that room!

Pros: The service was wonderful, especially the spa staff. The hotel itself was beautiful and Nobu was delicious.
Cons: There is construction going on right now which woke me up a bit early and my room had a view of the dumpster. Also there are no in-room coffee facilities so I had to order from room service when I woke up.
