Pros: The staff was super friendly and helpful! Seredian checked me out, and she made my day :)
Cons: It's probably just because I'm pregnant, but I had a very difficult time getting comfortable and falling asleep on the bed.

Pros: The breakfast was great, loved the Texas shaped waffles. The staff were super nice and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was extremely convenient.
Cons: There was this screeching noise coming from an AC on the second building when you were by the pool that was obnoxious at times.
Pros: Excellent breakfast with lots of choices.
Cons: Check in was a bit slow. But, we came in at 11:30 pm so it was very late.
Pros: The young man at the check in counter was ver attentive and nice. Everything was very clean and updated. My room was great.
Cons: I could hear the traffic from the freeway
Pros: The suite was large with lots of sitting area. Also the bedroom was in a separate room with closing doors.

Pros: Great location!
Cons: We've stay in a few other Stay Bridge Suites, compared to them this one was an older version.
Checked in and went to my room. Got settled and went to take a shower. There was hair and filth in the room. Went to Target on Belt Line to get Clorox Clean up. There is no parking. They allow the people traveling with U-Haul trailers to take multiple spaces leaving no extra spaces for other travelers. Looked for a water glass- Could only find coffee cups- Coffee build up still in the cup. GROSS. The hotel is under renovation... BEWARE... They began cutting ceramic tiles at 8am on a Saturday morning. Who does that?? At 9:30am, they tried to enter to clean. Again, who does that?? Went down at 10am to finally ask why the commotion. Spoke with front desk. Honored a late check out- okay- Got back to room- Ensured Do Not Disturb sign still on door, yet... Fall back asleep- Maid tries 3 more times to enter the room!!!! Really lady, its not that urgent to enter. Do you have a quota? Enter today. Checked my account for the first time since Saturday. They charged me $75 for my service animal in my room. Just a note: The charge of service animal is strictly forbidden by the ADA. I called the hotel today and they were rude as could be about it. One lady put me on hold LITERALLY 5 times. I am not one to tolerate this type of service. When I finally got someone to take my email to send me information. They then refused to tell me the regional managers name and denied their number to me claiming they don't know it, then they hung up on me. I will not let this rest. I assure you that the ADA will love to hear how you treated someone with a service animal.
Pros: The room itself was a perfect size and layout-
Cons: However, it was terribly dirty. I had to bleach it myself. They charged me for a service animal- THIS IS A VIOLATION OF AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT- THERE is no parking. very loud with pushy maids.

Cons: The only thing I would change were the pillows. They were very uncomfortable and hurt my neck.
