Pros:
Cons: Called and asked the Tuesday before our arrival to make sure the rooms each had two beds - was told it was taken care of. At check-in, the rooms were not right. Asked to have a roll-away brought in (no two-bed rooms were available) and had to ask again.

Pros: We stayed here the night before an early flight and was not disappointed! We were most impressed by the bed, it was too bad we had to leave so early because the bed was so comfortable. The closest was as big as most hotel bathrooms!! Will stay again!

Pros: Love the period style of the hotel.
Cons: Was disappointed that the new renovated rooms are modern style now. All of the period pieces are gone. I heard that Marriott is taking it over and it was their idea. Even the staff was disappointed.

Pros: Clean, beautiful historic hotel in downtown Dallas. Updated nicely.
Cons: Construction on floor but it really was not a big deal
