Maybe it's the green and yellow scheme, the mosaic tile floor, or the servers donned with black bow ties, it just transports me to the French Quarter.
AAA Inspector Notes
It may be far from New Orleans, but everything from the décor to the oysters is done with Nola on the mind. A 100-year-old building that was once a neighborhood grocery store sets the stage for a fairly limited menu of items like oysters on the half shell, broiled snapper and shrimp loaves. The restaurant is like an institution, so multigenerational families as well as young professionals dine here with regularity. If space allows, try getting a seat in the cozy courtyard.
