This eatery is about the size of a school bus and has no chairs, but that doesn't stop people from lining up for some of the best ramen in north Texas. You will find the beloved tonkatsu as well as shoyu and brothless mazemen ramens. Order on the iPad station and add a poached egg, chashu or corn. If you timed it right, you'll find a spot at the bar, but if not you may have to eat outside. If you do dine inside, slurp it up and go so others can take their turn. Across from Cox Farms Market.
