Whitehead Memorial Museum is at 1308 S. Main St. This 2.5-acre frontier village includes 14 buildings and 21 exhibit sites. Buildings include the 1871 Perry Mercantile, a chapel, a log cabin and a blacksmith shop. A barn houses early farming and transportation equipment. The Jersey Lily, a replica of Judge Roy Bean's saloon and court, contains his memorabilia. The graves of the judge and his son are on the grounds.

Hours: Tues.-Sat. 10-6, Sun. 1-5 (weather permitting). Closed Jan. 1, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
