Pros: It was available on short notice.
Cons: How can a hotel/motel operate with only two towels allotted to each room? I paid for three women for two nights and basically had to BEG for more than two towels each day. The last day we never got the promised extra towels. I will never use this location again nor any of their other properties.

Pros: We are from out of state and were visiting relatives on a short trip. We were happy to find this hotel close to their home on such short notice.
Cons: The room took a while to cool down, and the cable tv was terrible - channel selection and signal.

Pros: There was an issue with the toilet I rectified myself but the lights above the sink would not come on. Th onsite person was very responsive and between the two of us that minor issue was taken care of. If I were to be in that area again I would stay there again.

Pros: The location was fine. The facility was clean...I remember when it was the Best Western. I enjoyed the breakfast and the room was clean
Cons: My only complaint was the attitude of the people behind the desk. Once I asked for two cups and was questioned why I needed them. I booked a stay of four nites. I can accept the bed linens not being changed daily however I do expect towel, soap, cups, new ice bucket liner and last but not least coffee supplied to the room daily; which I had to ask for. I only left a tip for two of the days which is unusual for myself. I love to travel and I love to leave tips to those who are worthy. I hope this will be of help to the owners. Good help is hard to fine but a lack of courtesy should never be an option.

Cons: I was there for 4 days and I didn't have clean towels. When I made the reservations I requested extra towels and a extra blanket. I didn't receive either. Upon checking in I was told that the room had everything I had. When I returned to the desk to get the extra towels and blanket I was told that they didn't have anymore cause people must be taking them. The next day I received a hand towel and a wash towels I had to go to Wal-Mart to get towels for my family. The continental breakfast was a joke. The cereal came out of the dispenser stale. The gallon of milk used for the cereal had very little milk in the jug. The apples were old and bruised. I told them that they should have single use merchandise and that it was very unsanitary to have these things for multiple people(strangers) to utilize.

Pros: Access to Interstate, Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity.
Cons: A thunderstorm rolled through and this is the ONLY building for as far as I could see that was without power(5 hrs). Continental Breakfast is a joke; no fruit, muffins, rolls. Some cereal in dispenser, milk and juice in jugs in refrigerator. Don't know if waffle iron was on, didn't check. Presentation is required if you want people to participate.
