International Museum of Cultures, 411 US 67, represents the work of an organization that creates written language for peoples who have none. Lifestyles are reflected through pottery, interactive videos, habitat displays and depictions of the life of an indigenous people from birth to adulthood. Permanent exhibits highlight contemporary cultures of Amazonian Peru, Ecuador, Papua New Guinea, Ngbaka of the Congo, Southeast Asia, Mexico and others.
