Guests love the variety of guest rooms, all with enhanced bedding, 42-inch flat-panel TVs and sofa/sleepers, not to mention the immaculate housekeeping and maintenance.
Smoke free premises. 56 units. 2 stories (no elevator), exterior corridors. Accessibility (Call).
Cons: Location was horrible. Risked my life crossing the highway to get to the nearest restaurant... KFC .
Remodeling helped but the buildings are old and showing their age particularly in the shower and rest room fixtures. Exterior room entrances are a security and quiet sleep hurdle.

Pros: The people are really nice and helpful.
Cons: Had to keep going to desk to ask for extra wash cloth even when I requested to put in note for it.

Pros: Breakfast was nice, room was not bad for the hotel brand, decently priced
Cons: A dead cockroach in room, dirty bench to sit luggage on, toiletries could have been better, hotel is on corner of a busy intersection making it hard to get in & out of during rush hours, lounge apart of hotel therefor parking on weekend nights was bad
Pros: Nice clean room.
Cons: Spartan, not well equipped fitness center. No stationary bike.

Pros: Like the quietness of location...
Cons: Nothing bad to say
Pros: Great value for a good price!
Cons: We have stayed here several times when we go to Edinburg and have never had a bad experience!
Pros: Always clean but then again why shouldn't it be lol
Cons: No fresh breakfast, changing WiFi password, and they were too concerned about saving money and not caring enough about the customers.
Pros: Rooms are spacious and AC is working well
Cons: Flat bottom sheets on beds too short and we are not tall people
Pros: It was a nice, clean, and well kept hotel. Felt safe.
