Pros: Location was good for travel to DFW
Cons: Lobby was loud, a lot of noise from the bar at check in. TV did not work in the room. i was too tired to complain so i just worked on my ipad. No plug next to bed for charging. The clock was set wrong and could not reset. The room was hot at check in.

Pros: Hotel was in a good location. Had to drive a bit to get to good restaurants but not too bad.

Pros: Very quiet, very clean and easy location.
Cons: Wish the breakfast was set up better. I chose to have breakfast added to my room and when I checked in I found out it was only good for the buffet, which ended at 9:00 a.m. Really? They said we could eat up till 11:00 but we would have to pay to eat. I thought this was very strange and disappointing.

super nice and very professional. Rooms were very clean and never heard any noise from other rooms (tv's, talking, etc).
Planes are flying over all the time and never heard them even on the 6th floor. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in this area!
Cons: There really isn't anything I didn't like about this hotel.

The shuttle drivers gave me some good advice on local area.

Pros: A very nice new property. There are several option to eat within walking distance. Airport shuttle to and from the DFW.
Cons: Just a personal dislike, the window had only a light shear curtain. I really don't think anyone in the property across was looking but I prefer a more blocking curtain.

Pros: Thanks to the amazing staff who made our stay exceptional. We left a horrible hotel to come stay at Holiday Inn and it was so worth it, even after having to still pay for the other hotel room. I will now just skip the madness and stay at Holiday Inn!

Clean hotel but really nothing...
Pros: The only good about this hotel is that it is near the airport and it provides free airport shuttle service.
Cons: Hotel does not provide basic amenities like complimentary bottled water, no hotel slippers. The coffee shop closes very early in the morning before and only opens at 4pm. Guests cannot order any breakfast or coffee and can not also order any lunch. Very disappointed with this hotel.
