Pros: The staff is generally friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a very good job and you could tell they were being thoughtful when dealing with my stuff. Such as organizing my hygiene items by the bathroom sink instead of just cleaning around them. In the negatives I put that they smothered their eggs with cheese every morning, they were happy to give eggs w/o cheese on request. The Monday-Thursday socials are nice, hard to beat free beer and wine. I had to extend my stay a couple times and they made it completely hassle free.
Cons: Internet is throttled unless you pay an extra $5/day then it's still throttled, just a little higher. It was difficult to purchase and get the premium internet working. I think for my room it was a mis-configured ethernet cable. When I tried it on the WiFi it worked. Just in general I feel the rates are a little higher than the room and location warrant. The breakfast is generally similar every morning, and the eggs are always smothered in cheese which to me ruins them. My key card failed to work one morning from the courtyard to the dining area, I had to call the front desk to let me in. The water pressure in the shower and toilet was lacking.

Pros: Adam at the front desk was amazing. He was the most accommodating person at a hotel we have ever met. Highly recommend
