This acclaimed restaurant elevates the many culinary influences of the Western landscape with a sophisticated and creative use of ingredients. Owner/Iron Chef Tim Love designs seasonal menus with dishes such as hamachi tostadas, Texas chili, prime rib sandwich, chicken fried steak, blue corn lobster hush puppies, and since it is Texas, some mean steaks. Although the cuisine is top notch, both the servers and the guests are commonly seen in jeans. Lunch is served only on Friday and Saturday.
