Most of us have likely had ramen at some point, as part of a college or being-broke diet. There are few similarities between that budget food, however, and what's on the menu at Oni, where rich fragrant broths are labored over for hours before bathing the starchy good thin noodles and vibrant vegetables. You can't go wrong with the traditional tonkotsu and the signature miso, or consider the specialty selections. Don't like soup? You are in luck. Donburi and poke are also on the menu.
