Pros: Not much the staff were very apologetic and polite
Cons: I can only write a thousand words so I'll try to be concise. This is an old hotel it was renovated in the past but appears to have been done on the cheap. My accommodation was for a king with a gulf view. What I got was a standard room with a king Bed stuffed into a chopped up room there was no mini fridge and no dresser what we were provided with was an office desk with 5 small drawers one of which housed a safe and couldn't be used for clothing Storage my wife had to stack some of her clothes on top of the desk and when it rained that Note the ceiling leaked over the desk by the window it had old water stains on the ceiling and was obviously a problem in the past.My wife's clothes were saturated I approached the front desk and politely expressed my discontent with the situation and said"I can deal with all the other inadequacies but I want my wife's clothes to be dried". The front desk girl was polite and said she would have to check if that was possible. I told her that was the least they could do for us. She was able to get approval to this. When I notified the hotel of the leak I was told to put down towels on the window sill, no one ever came to check on it.

Pros: The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice, professional, and prompt. The spa was amazing. It was very relaxing. The cocktails and restaurant had excellent choices and was delicious. I really loved thr Adirondack chairs they have on their front lawn facing the ocean. The pool area is amazing, and lived up to the pictures.
Cons: The A.C. did not work in our ocean view room due to a massive storm earlier in the day. We notified the front desk about 3AM. They said security would be by our room and we could look at their available rooms. Security was up to the room within 10 minutes. He showed my husband 2 rooms. One of the rooms the A.C. was working. We moved to that room and stayed there the remainder 2 nights without issue. The room however didn't have an ocean view. Overall this was the only issue. The hotel managed it very well.

Pros: The pool was amazing! The staff was super friendly. The hotel was beyond my expectations!
Cons: The bed was not very comfortable. The bathroom was very small.

Pros: Location
Cons: Not a lot to do for the money. Just a place to sleep. Tiny pool. Over priced valet, but excellent service from the guys. Workout facilities, nothing spectacular. No balcony, so you can't really enjoy the gulf view. I expected more, especially for the price. Staff was great, facilities...well not much to brag about. Not a good place for a family with young kids, the pool was really just a swim up bar. Not a fan of dogs at the hotel and unfortunately this place was loaded with them. The first room was terrible, super tiny and salt water stained window, but here is the plus of the place. The front desk staff moved me without a fuss to a much better room. Kudos to the staff.
