The Dallas area has refined Mexican, taquerias, mom and pops, etc. But this has the warmth and flavors of a mothers kitchen. It's my happy place.
AAA Inspector Notes
Although it may not look like much from the outside, this restaurant was born from a longtime Dallas favorite. Inside you'll find inviting dining areas and staff dressed in traditional Mexican garb. They'll hook you up with freshly made corn tortillas and butter, then reel you in with classic Mexican cuisine like chicken mole, tacos, gorditas, and pozole. Want some music with your dinner? Show up on Thursday and Friday evenings when a mariachi band strolls the dining rooms.
