AAA Inspector Notes
Inspector Pick (Social Scene): I love coming here during the holidays, when they offer an ice sculpture show, Instagram -worthy decorations and lots of family activities.
This large convention hotel has rooms with a modern Western sensibility and a water recreation area where guests can enjoy a lazy river complete with lagoons, waterslides and a zipline. The atrium offers up a preview of some of Texas' favorite attractions, including the Alamo and San Antonio's River Walk. Visiting during holiday seasons makes for an even more memorable visit. Smoke free premises. 1511 units. 9 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Pros: It has a lazy river, restaurants, beautiful atrium, everything you could possibly need our want. A 53 ft TV to watch any game on, that splits so that you can watch more than one game.
Cons: The directions to actually get to the pool with the lazy river are not clear. It's such a huge property you can easily get lost.

Pros: Nice location and beautiful hotel
Cons: The hotel charge a $21 resort fee per day as well as $19 parking fee for a hotel that is middle of nowhere. Certainly, I can understand if the hotel is somewhere downtown.
