Pros: The cstomer service is amazing. We were there for an extended amount of time due to construction on our house and everyone was extremely helpful and understanding. I will be referring everyone I know to this hotel!
Cons: The breakfast wasn't the best. Waffles tasted weird and they don't use real eggs-ask no bacon. Other than that, my experience was great!

Worst hotel check in experience ever. Stood outside for fifteen minutes at 1230 at night waiting for the night attendant Hotel Employee to let me in. He then takes 15 minutes to check me in, and I have to literally convince him that I have a reservation. He then tries to tell me I must be trying to check in at 1245AM instead of waiting until 3pm check in. This begins the 15 minute process of me standing at the counter while he silently pecks at computer. He then hands me my room key and states "that's your room number" and walks away. Where did this guy come from? Thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my life. I'd like to point out that during this entire event, I expressed no frustration and was not rude or difficult. I just observed and rode it out. My business trips involving DFW airport will be using a hotel with a normal human being behind the counter from now on.

Pros: I needed a handicap accessible room for two family members recovering from surgery. It was very large, beds were super comfortable and other furniture to sit in was very comfortable and useful. It was also helpful to have microwave and refrigerator
Cons: Our maid basically spoke no English so if you needed something you had to go to the front desk. The roll in shower was great for wheel chairs but drain was poorly place so water ran into rest of bathroom and made floor very slippery and there was no fan
