Pros:
Cons: While sleeping the room was hot then cold all night. Could not find a comfortable pillow. Tried two thin ones but did not work too well.

Pros: Food was not made from scratch,minimal choices of food, breakfast area is very small, unlike La Quinta Inn and Suites.
Cons: The staff were not highly trained on customer service, especially the night manager Caroline who did not listen to my concerns about the charges before she opened her mouth. The problem was not solved at her level because she did not know what to do/say either. It was clear that this hotel does not acknowledge third party bookings, the staff should undergo training on how to run an old respected name like this hotel. The only nice staff is CATALINA who i think can run a hotel better than Caroline. They should train Shay to smile and be friendly to customers, and not just stand there in front with a smirk on her face, she also sounds irritated on the phone by the way. I am telling my fellow Houstonians not to stay at this hotel run by witches. And be careful they will just run your credit/debit cards incessantly without verifying your reservation.

Pros: Everything was very clean and comfortable. Did not have any noise in the hall. Was very relaxing. And the breakfast was wonderful.
