National Museum of Funeral History is off I-45 Richey Rd. exit w. under the interstate and w. to Ella Blvd., then s. to 415 Barren Springs Dr. The museum houses a collection of historic hearses, presidential and papal artifacts, coffins, caskets, 19th-century mourning symbols and other exhibits tracing the history of funerals from the early Egyptians to the present. A Popemobile as well as replicas of King Tut's sarcophagus and Abraham Lincoln's coffin also are featured.

Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
