Pros: The staff was friendly
Cons: First of all we stayed the first night and the next morning when we woke up my wife had bed bug bites on her leg. So I called the manager and she upgraded our room and provided us with breakfast. Then when we switched rooms the ac wasn't working so we called the front desk that morning and asked them to have it looked at. Then when we returned that night around ten the ac was still broken and there was no fitted sheet on our bed. The sent someone up to Change out the ac so we were up super late for them to fix the ac and the one they switched it out for ended up NOT working!! So needless to say it was to hot to sleep and we don't recommend this hotel to anyone. It shouldn't be labeled as a 4 star at all!

Pros: Quietness of the location and easy access to major interstate.
Cons: Staff during checkin acknowledged two other guests but failed to recognize me or answer when I spoke to them. No apologies when I expressed my concern. I was not irate or raising my voice when speaking to them.

Cons: The breakfast staff were not bad but not as professional as they could be. They were kind of rude to the people that were there for a family reunion and had gotten mixed up on breakfast plans.

Great Coustomer Service!
Pros: I was in Houston Texas on a business trip and, made reservations to stay at The Crown Plaza in the Galaria Area. I was delighted with my choice. I could see that I was going to be arriving a day later than what my original reservation was schedualed for, so I called that evening and spoke with a gentleman named Jeremy over the phone he reassured me my reservation would be reenstated as soon as I arrived all I needed to do was let the representative know. He was correct. Upon arivial I eplained the situation to the Guest Service Representative named Sanam was very professional and, informative. After signing the non smoking and pet policy I was directed to my room. My room was clean, cozy, and stocked with fresh towels. The next morning I went down to the bistro located inside the hotel for breakfast. The buffet was wonderful every item was perfectly positioned for you convienence. It ranged from eggs, meats, fresh fruit, biscuits , pastrys , cereal, oats,coffee, milk, juice etc .. The pool is located outside directly behind the bistro, stocked with towels as well as a few different lounge areas. There is a business center along with a fitness center available for all registered guest. This is a great hotel with all the anninities you would need for a comforting stay during your visit. At the pool area the seating is abundant there are plenty of tables, chairs, lounging tepees as well as a fire pit in one of the seating areas great for having a drink with friends. There is also a bar located inside the bistro. I believe they have a happy hour from 4pm-6pm everyday, I didn't partake in the happy hour due to the fact that I was on a business trip. The waitstaff are highly trained. I was helped each morning during breakfast by Sonja,and Maryann they are very friendly and you can tell these ladies value their job. At lunch in the restaurant I was served by Rosie she is a wonderful server. I highly recommend this location for business or pleasure.

Pros: The property and service is good in response when asked.
The toilet flushing tank had problem, asking maintenance to fix and tHey check and said if it doesn't work they will replace.
We came back the room at night and we had another problem was there was not any water from anywhere, we called the front desk and they said entire building had the problem, they had maintenance to fix for an hour, we got water after that.
Not really happy and comfort about this kind of mechanical issue.
Cons: The property was good looking but some issue happenings so I don't know how to express my good points.
