This is a typical Hilton Garden Inn near the airport in Houston. The rooms are nice, modern, and clean. HGI typically has the sleep number beds and this hotel was no exception. The only complaint was breakfast. I don't think they staff enough people for the number of customers, so it was really disorganized. I finally had to go to the front desk to pay. The shuttle to and from the airport was every half hour, so plan accordingly.

Pros: At check-in, the clerk was cordial, engaging, and made me feel welcome. He was very young, well-dressed, and smiled throughout. My only regret is that I didn't get his name so I could write a letter of appreciation to his management.

Cons: My only complaint (which is very minor) is the side door would not accept my card key.

Maybe this was the wrong...

Pros: Location and the day time staff was great.

Cons: First, I pipe was busted and water was leaking from the ceiling. Couldbt take a bath until morning cause they had to turn water off. Second only had one bath towel and the night person said it would take 10 to 15 minute for towels. Never got towels. Third my room was hot.

House cleaning problem

Cons: Check out was at 12 house cleaning came and entered the room at 10! Completely interrupting our sleep. She then entered the room again at 11:45 asking if we were leaving today. First time was a mistake second time is just being rude! This was the only turn off of this stay.
