Pros: Décor and theme were on point. Pool felt like a spa pool and a phone outside to order food or drinks. Cow pattern robes....are a must have while you're staying in Texas and they have these. You can also walk to the Galleria mall in 9 mins or Driving time 2 Mins.
Cons: the $100 a day incidentals deposit is a little ridiculous considering I have stayed at $6000 sandal resorts, that didn't even have that. If it was immediately released the day you checked put, that would work better, but 5 to 7 days after is too much for a hotel that runs around a $100-$200 a night. You've had many complaints about this and I think that is what is effecting your reviews on all media sites. You will lose business over this and for not properly explaining this during check in. Also the Food is too expensive for being hotel food. If you had a Ruth's Chris or a Sullivan's Steak House in the bottom, I Could understand. $22 for a buffet breakfast, when you can walk 10 feet to Le Peep , you will also not gain in that aspect either. Just some pointers.
