Chef Bryan Caswell shows creativity as he prepares interesting dishes such as redfish served with fried mac and cheese, and sautéed spinach. A must-try is the bold, peppery seafood and andouille sausage gumbo which is packed with flavor. The delicious peach cobbler is nicely presented.
