It wasn't the best....
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very delightful.
Cons: The staff was not aware on how to do their job at the front desk when I checked out, I had to tell the front desk agent what's the error was on the receipt and majority of the staff spoke minimum English. The elevator is very slow and small...

Staff Serves Hotel Guests With...
Pros: Everything at this Hwy 59 location in Houston, Texas was EXCELLENT!! As a person with blindness, the staff members, Mr. Allen, Ms. Katherine, Ms. Beth and ALL of the staff provided excellent customer service showing the personal touch that is missing in our society today. The staff team give the hotel a very warm and personal touch which money cannot replace; this is a positive reflection of upper management. Many times management gets more negative comments than positive comments, but I must say, PHENOMINAL is my whole personal experience. I hope to return back to Houston soon and this is the hotel of my choice because of the way the we were treated during our stay. I don't give them a 10 but a 200!!!!! Thank you Ms. Beth and your entire staff. God bless you all in the work that you do as unto the Lord treating your guests with gentleness, kindness and temperance.
Cons: The Fitness Center could certainly use an Accessible Threadmill with Braille labels and Voice output to learn distance walked, calories burned and other information people with sight use to access their personal world. I can appreciate the Braille label door numbers but once in the room accessibility stops at the other side of the door. Additionally, labeled breakfast food items in Braille, Large Print and Standard Print. This allow individuals with low vision or blindness to access food items independently. This suggestion was received with such a positive reception by upper management, Ms. Beth and other staff.
