Pros: Beds were super comfy. Breakfast bar was delish. Included fresh strawberries, blueberries and dried apricots. The rooms were very spacious with plenty of drawers and shelves. Pool was crystal clear.

Pros: The room was a nice size and very clean. We had everything we needed. Staff was very very nice and helpful.
Cons: The room was hot, the ac didnt blow very hard and we had it turned all the way down. Still not very cool.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, liked the room décor and layout. The scent in the lobby was great (tea and thyme, we were told) and the firepit out front was a nice touch.

Cons: The breakfast lady was beyond rude. We came to breakfast at 9:35 & the pancake batter was out so we asked her to refill (there were 3 of us). She looked at her watch then very reluctantly began to jerk the container out of its place and made a scene! She came back almost 10 mins later with enough batter for us 3 (keep in mind, she has wasted 10 mins & there could have been others come by since breakfast was supposed to be served till 10). Then as we sat down & was starting g to eat my daughter realized she had not gotten any juice so she walked up there & the same lady was pulling the curtain closed & had all the lights off!! My daughter asked if she could at least get some juice & the lady replied "nope, breakfast is over at 10!". I immediately picked up my phone to check the time & watched the time change from 10:00 to 10:01! I was livid....
The front desk lady saw it all happen & offered my daughter an orange juice from the snack area - at no charge! Of course that was very nice of her but really? You see us eating 10 feet away & she couldn't get a cup of juice?

Pros: The rooms were clean and spacious. Loved the comfy bed and pillows. Desk area and lamp was very nice. Appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. The breakfast was delicious and had lots to choose from. The laundry facility in the workout area was very convenient and was very appreciative that the only charged 50 cents for wash and 50 cents for dry. The pool area was very well kept. The decor was light and airy. Loved the shampoo and shower gel in the handy dispensers in the shower.
Cons: Only complaint was that both treadmills in the gym area were broke and my husband had an aversion to the smell of the lobby area which kids and I did not mind.

Pros: I loved how modern and new this hotel was. We stayed for 14 days and it felt like an apartment. All the facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly.
Cons: The doors slam shut and it's extremely loud and even shakes the room. I could hear all of our neighbors door shut while I was sleeping and it was awful.

Pros: The room was very nice all it needed was a stove and it would have felt like my house. Very nice hotel.
Pros: The staff was pleasant, the room was beautiful, the room kitchens were great, the sheets so soft....
Cons: The bedbugs in first room, and the peanuts and such under the mattress in the second room just go to show that cleaning needs to be more detailed.
The huge spider in the lobby was merely scary but am sure it happens.
However the breakfast needs much help...oatmeal was cold, bread stale, the bananas spoiled, gravy bland, ran out of coffee and flavored creamers, spoons but no one there to ask for more.
And then our last night... the bouncing/jumping kids (not pre-authorized) above us from 4:30 p.m. to late in the night was ridiculous. Sad that our complaints only resulted in more noise.

Pros: I really liked how everything was set up. As a business traveler you could stay here for a week and feel pretty comfy. Kitchen setup is nice. Furniture and bedding was all nice.
Cons: When I went to use the Free WiFi it was not as advertised. They let you access their website with weather/news info and that's about all. You have to pay to do anything else. Also, there was one towel not completely clean from someone's makeup removal.

Pros: Room was very large and comfortable.
Cons: Wi-fi was terrible and the television was useless. The Wi-fi fluctuated in and out all day. This is obviously not a priority for the hotel. This hotel uses Dish Network for television service, which is usually great BUT we experienced constant interference and shutdowns every few minutes that staff tried to blame on weather. The weather was warm and sunny.

Pros: Everything was great.
Cons: Bed was a bit firm. Woke up with backache after only a couple hours of sleep, however I am used to a fairly soft tempurpedic mattress at home.
