AAA Inspector Notes
Although the first-floor rooms typically house guests with pets, they have tile floors throughout, ideal in the summer and better for some allergy sufferers. Rooms have recently been updated.
42 units. 2 stories (no elevator), exterior corridors.
Pros: It was pretty clean. Very comfy bed and pillows!
Cons: Very plain and basic.
Pros: Everything was fine except for that noted below. There was a switch with two toggles, one for the light, the other an exhaust fan. No heater! Brrr!
Cons: There was not a heater in the bathroom.
Comfortable but frustrating due to...
Pros: Basically quiet at all times I was there.
Charge for canned drinks unusually low.
Nice selection of choices hot & cold at breakfast except not much fresh fruit.
Cons: Had trouble getting into room. Door lock was NOT reliable though OK at check-in. Took numerous tries to unlock at times. Other times worked first try. Told night clerk (a lady-VERY nice!) who assisted with a different 'key'. Final straw - a male night clerk told me I wasn't doing it right . 'Fiddling' with handle and "pulling the door fully shut and pulling handle up & down should NOT be necessary! The green light came on consistently with 'key' swipe but still would NOT unlock without numerous attempts.
Shower ok but being a short person could not reach up to shower head to make adjustments. Is it REALLY necessary to install those things up so high?!

On the road again
Pros: Quite, great to rest after being on the road all day
Cons: The pillows were all flat and in bad shape; easy notice over used.
Breakfast options did not appeal and lack apple juice refill.
