In business since 1939, this place is thought to have some of the best barbecue in East Texas. A drive west on the highway will take you to a large red edifice and neon sign. Once inside, the waitress will recite the short menu; order the ribs—that's what they are known for. If you find the sauce to be a little too sweet, the twice-baked potato casserole will provide some savory balance.
