Pros: I've stayed at La Posada a couple of times. Once you enter the property, it's a different world. It's a real treat to stay at such a unique property... the history and the 'aged' feel makes it special.
Cons: If you want a hotel that is sleek, new and modern, it's probably not the hotel for you. And, there's not a lot of options immediately outside the property. I always eat on site. Hard to find faults if you understand the hotel's history.

Pros: The hotel was beautiful, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful our room was very nice and the hotel was located exactly where we needed it to be just a 30 second walk to the border crossing!

Pros: Its a beautiful hotel.
Cons: The only issue we had (not the hotels fault) was mosquitos. There were so many mosquitos everywhere, including inside the rooms. We couldn't sit outside and enjoy the beautiful night inn the courtyard.

Pros: Location brings me back... but there is always something wrong... will likely not choose to stay there...
Cons: No hot water in the shower/bath... irritating at best. It seems the mixing valve was likely the culprit, since there was hot water in the sink. Told the front desk... maybe the next time someone is in 237 the water will be hot for the am shower!

Pros: Historic colonial landmark, with the greatest and friendliest staff. Thw wedding ceremony was beautifully and romantically desigwith an fabulous background. Definitely going back
Cons: The sink was a single piece, for the quality of the place,it definitely needs a counter around the sink
