Pros: Location close to family
Cons: Breakfast was terrible. Door wouldn't shut properly. AC was loud. Towels were rough. Maybe use softener next time.

Pros: Hotel was clean , modern, and comfortable.
Cons: I know that it was not the fault of the hotel but the power went out during the early morning hours and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by it. Other guests were having to shine flashlights etc so that people could maneuver around exiting through the stairwells so that they could leave the property. Staff didn't do much except stand around staring outside. Hotel did nothing extra to accommodate the guests . I returned to the property after the power had been restored and attempted to get a receipt. I was rebuffed and told "NO" and that I would need to contact the company through which I had booked the room in order to get a receipt I did so and was greeted by a very helpful and nice lady with Booking.com who was able to help me . Booking. com contacted the hotel and I had my receipt via email within seconds. Hotel was "fair/good" but not great in customer service. Booking.com was excellent in that area. Hotel itself was good/excellent in accommodations .

Pros: Front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. We were given an upgrade on our room at no extra charge because our room wasn't ready when we checked in. (Booked an early check-in). The room was great. Plenty of space
Cons: The bed could've been a little softer. Need to add a pillowtop cover, maybe? The two very small trash cans fill up quickly

Pros: Honestly not much and after the experience with THIS property, I will be rethinking any future stays with the chain.
